Since 1987, I have been designing and writing user documentation online help, and training materials for software products.
I am proficient at Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Madcap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, Quadralay WebWorks, and the Microsoft Office Suite. I am a skilled web designer and technical illustrator, proficient at both HTML coding and graphic design.
